Founder, Chairman & CEO
Jeff founded Banc Insurance Services, revolutionizing insurance agency management for financial institutions. After its acquisition by Jack Henry & Associates, he led a buyout to establish Insuritas. With over 20 years in banking and insurance, Jeff has held senior leadership roles and previously served on the White House staff of President Carter. His vision continues.
Dave Grimson
Chief Operating Officer
Dave, as COO, drives operational efficiency and business growth through strategic planning, leadership, technology, data analytics, and process optimization. With deep expertise in insurance, insurtech, and fintech, he has held senior executive roles and shaped corporate strategy. A former Division 1 hockey player, he brings a competitive mindset to the business.
Donna Jermer
Chief Marketing Officer
Donna leads Insuritas’ marketing strategy with a focus on digital innovation and automation. With 25+ years of experience across industries, she excels in B2B and B2C marketing strategies. Based in Florida, she is a Forbes Communication Council contributor and holds degrees from Bowling Green State University and Rutgers University.
Brian Murtari
VP, IT & CISO
Brian, who joined Insuritas in 2021, oversees IT, security, risk management, and facilities. With 30+ years of IT experience across multiple industries, he has led transformational initiatives, including cloud computing adoption and enhanced remote-work solutions. Brian holds a computer science degree from Central Connecticut State University.
