Insuritas Names Scott McCown as Chief Operating Officer
East Windsor, CT (November 3, 2021) – Insuritas is pleased to announce the appointment of Scott McCown as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. In his new role, McCown will expand his portfolio to lead Insuritas’ national contact center operation, developing and implementing the company’s strategy across all customer-facing functions.
McCown joined Insuritas as its Director of Customer Success and Operations in early 2021 from TD Bank, the 10th largest bank in the US, where he served as a key part of the US Contact Center leadership team. His impact on the performance of Insuritas’ national network of financial institution-owned agencies has contributed immensely to a banner year for Insuritas in 2021, and has prepared the company well to accelerate its growth in 2022.
