Insuritas, a leading provider of outsourced insurance agencies, said it has reached an agreement with Norfolk Municipal Employees FCU (Norfolk) located in Norfolk, Virginia to open a turnkey insurance agency for the benefit of Norfolk’s 2,500 members.
